EE: Sponsorship & Complaint procedure

British Tele-communications Company took-over EE business in the first month of 2016 still retaining its brand value. EE was set up as a partnership of a couple of mobile-network companies the T-mobile and the Orange through a merger with each party holding fifty percent share of the joint venture. It was established in year 2010 and currently is the most technically advanced digital-communications firm in UK. It offers super-fast fourth generation mobile-service and the super speed fibre-optic broadband connection reaching to about eighty percent of the UK with nearly twenty seven-million customer base. The EE customer services help you resolve any complaints and inconvenience that you may have faced using the service provided by EE.

Sponsorship by EE

Sponsorship is process of funding an event which is done to rope in more consumers and for increasing the band value of a product, company or a service. EE is being sponsoring BAFTA awards right since 2013 which used to be earlier done by the Orange Brand. It also had entered into an agreement with sponsorship of the Wembley Stadium for six years and had also taken part in the festival of dance, comedy, theatre and so on, the Glastonbury Festival which occurs annually in England.

Procedure for complaints

The mandates service providers in UK to publish a complaint redressal system and provide further steps to the customers to follow in case the complaints are not resolved within eight weeks of their registration. There are various ways with which you can register your complain

  • Vocal

As a customer you can reach out to the EE, between morning 8 to evening 9 pm on all week days and from morning 8am to 8pm in the evening on weekends, through voice calls which may be charged as per your tariff. These calls might be required by us for internal training and service improvement purposes. While calling from landline in UK, use 07953 966 250 and if you are reporting from abroad call us at +447953 966 250. In case your phone is stolen or lost report it immediately to 07953 966 250. In case of complaints regarding landlines you can reach out to EE through 0844 8738 586 or 0800 956 6059 (if you are using a non EE network for making the call) or if using EE phone just simply dial 150. The complaints can be escalated up the ladder of positions of the organisation if you find the specific customer service representative is not able to provide you with a satisfactory resolution.

  • Written

If you want to post a written complaint, you can do so by mailing it to EE via post, sent to the address “EE, Customer Services, 6 Camberwell Way, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR3 3XN”. You can also opt for emailing the complaint to EE using the Email-webform. Voice problem redressal is the quickest way to have your complaint resolved. A word of caution, never share passwords, pins, payment information, security answers in the mails or letters or even voice calls. None of the EE representatives would ask you to do so.
